Once you have accepted your quote, paid your deposit, we will book the start and completion date for your project. We pride ourselves on our ability to have jobs completed on time, every time.
There can be quite a lot of dust during the grinding process however, we use the industries best industrial vacuums. We make sure everything is properly cleaned and vacuumed before we move on to the next step.
No. We use products with virtually no VOC content and keep the area well-ventilated during the installation process. Any smell or fumes are quickly short lived.
We usually ask that you remove smaller items. We can move any larger items off the floor before we begin work and return them back where they belong upon completion.

This depends on the epoxy application we decide to apply. Epoxy flake, quartz, mica, etc have a texture to them that prevents this issue from occurring. Keeping you and your visitors safe, but when a solid color or custom metallic epoxy is chosen, they can be, especially when wet or if a beverage was spilt, but no more so than vinyl, linoleum, marble or ceramic tile floors.
Application of a high-gloss sealer to protect and enhance decorative concrete may reduce traction, but this issue is easily remedied by mixing a nonslip additive or a grit to the final sealer to make the concrete surface slip-resistant.
